Shami kebab is a fashionable Afghan and Indian multiplicity of kebab, also found in Pakistani cuisine. A variaties of Shami kebab is originated in Bangladeshi cuisine. They are also admired in Afghanistan and Azerbaijan. It is composed of a tiny patty of minced meat, among ground chickpeas, egg to grasp it together, and colors.
Shami kebabs are an awfully popular snack throughout Iran and in India, mainly the state of Uttar Pradesh. They are often decorated with lemon juice and/or wedged raw onions, and may be eaten by chutney made from make or coriander. They are also dish up along with Sheer Khurma on Muslim Eid Days.

- Beef boneless 1 cup
- Whole coriander 1 tsp
- Garlic cloves 8
- Salt to taste
- Whole red chilli 8 to 10
- Bengal gram 1 cup
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 inch
- Whole all spice few
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- For Patty Spice:
- Green coriander ½ bunch chopped
- Mint ½ bunch chopped
- Green chilies 3 chopped
- Egg white 1
- Ginger finely chopped 1 inch piece
- Rice flour 1 tbsp

In a huge skillet add boneless red meat, Bengal gram, full coriander, white cumin, ginger, a pinch of garlic cloves, salt, whole red chilies, whole all spice and also yogurt with 2 glasses of water.
Cook till the red meat and Bengal gram are kind and the water has dried up.
Remove from temperature and let it cold.
Mince meat mixture in a food processor.
At the present add mint, lime coriander, green chilli, chopped ginger, salt to taste, egg white and rice flour, press well.
Break off 1 tbsp of the mix, wet your palm and lay it in the heart.
Shape it into a soft flat round form.
Heat a saucepan and add just sufficient oil to cover the outside.
Add 3-4 kababs at a moment and fry on low warmth to a crisp golden color.
