As the name recommended these large king prawn butterfly are served in a butterfly form! They are split down the rear, flattened out then covered in a mildly spiced beat and deep fried.

- Quarter Lemon
- 1 Large Crevette King Prawn
- Vegetable Oil
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 teaspoon mint sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon mild curry powder
Peel and take away the veins from the King prawns, create a deep cut along the tummy of the king prawns, open it out and push it down so it becomes level. Take extra care not to piece all the way through while cutting the prawns. Clean and pat dried out with kitchen towels.
Place the King prawns in a basin, add the garlic & ginger fix, secret mix powder, garden make sauce and pinch of salty. Mix mutually well.
Dip the king prawns in the firmed egg, then skin with the bread crumbs and also deep fry pending golden brown. Dish up hot with salad with mint sauce.
